Conditions for Exchange: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The exchange request should be made within the specified time frame.

At the time of delivery of the purchased product:

If the customer has to return a product, then first of all he/she has to make a video of that product (with it's bill and box) at the time of delivery and send the video to the company's WhatsApp number. After that the customer has to handover the product to our delivery boy. It takes 3-5 days for your package to reach our warehouse after arriving the package customer will receive a video from the company in which the company will show the unboxing of that product. If the product turns out to be correct, then the customer will receive the refund within 48hours.
